We had made an offer on a home and called Dan with AMAC for an inspection. He called me back quickly and set up an appointment right away. All I can say is I’m glad we called him! He found numerous issues that we would have never found. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable! Due to what AMAC found we decided the home wasn’t worth the risk. Best money we could have spent protecting ourselves. We will ABSOLUTELY call him when we find the house we want to call home! A+ service! Highly recommend!

Daniel didn't miss a beat. He checked everything from top to bottom and had a detailed report of everything by the following morning. He was able to answer any and all questions that i posed to him while we were checking the condo out. Definitely will recommend to family and friends because of his professionalism and thoroughness.

I’ve used a couple different inspection companies over the years and I have to say the attention to detail from AMAC was second to none. They were able to accommodate my schedule, acted very professional and did a very thorough job. I had the report in my hands within 24 hours and felt great with the overall experience.
